We offer a schedule of thirty-minute sessions to nonprofit staff, leaders, and board members. It's a confidential space to talk through what’s on your mind.

Your organization may be facing a specific security challenge or perhaps you are just thinking about making some changes. Getting an outside perspective can help you map a path forward.

 

​We start with 30 minutes. If we need more time and the schedule allows, we can keep talking—or we can get a longer meeting on the calendar for later.

We'll listen. We'll ask questions to understand your context or to prompt a new way to frame the problem. If needed, we may offer guidance, recommendations, resources, or referrals.
